What is included in basic installation? 基本安裝包括什麼？
- Removal of the old unit (Standard disassembly) 拆走舊機（簡單拆卸）
- Wall-mount / Secure the new unit 將新機掛牆 / 固定
- Connect to existing water pipes (Hot and cold water) 接駁原有水喉（冷熱水）
- Connect to existing power supply (Pre-existing wiring) 接駁原有電源線（已存在）
- Test for proper operation 測試運作正常
What are scenarios that fall OUTSIDE of basic installation? 哪些情況不屬於基本安裝範圍？
The following are common scenarios for electric water heater installation that fall outside the scope of basic installation 以下是安裝電熱水爐常見的情況，它們並不在基本安裝的範圍內：
- Relocating water points / Running new piping 改水位 / 拉新水
- Addressing water pressure issues 水壓問題處理
- Installing pressure-reducing valves 加裝減壓閥
- Running new electrical wiring / Upgrading to higher-capacity cables 拉新電線/更換粗電線
- Installing an isolated switch安裝獨立開關掣
Electrical panel (DB) modifications / Increasing load capacity, etc. 電箱改動 / 加大負載等
What is pressure reducing valve & when do I need to install it? 減壓閥是什麼? 在什麼情況下需要安裝?
A pressure reducing valve lowers excessively high incoming water pressure to protect the pipes and water tank 減壓閥將過高的入水壓力調低，保護水管及水膽
Install if incoming pressure is above 70 psi 建議來水壓力超過70磅便要安裝
What if it cannot be installed after purchase? 如果購買後不能安裝怎麼辦？
If installation is not possible, HAKKU will provide a full refund, but site inspection fee of HKD 380 would be charged. We recommend contacting customer service before purchasing to confirm that installation can be completed. 如果不能安裝，HAKKU會進行全額退款，但會收取師傅睇位費用 (HKD380)，建議在購買前與客服聯絡，確認可以安裝。
Can I change the appointment time after booking the installation? 預約安裝後可以更改時間嗎？
