1. General

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Installation Products

• No return after installation unless defective.
• Defects must be reported within 48 hours.

3. Non-Installation Products

• Eligible for return if unused and in resalable condition.
• Return shipping may be borne by customer.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after inspection.
• Installation fees are non-refundable.
